Inspire: Introduce Role Models

Research tells us that girls and children of color simply do not see enough images in of students in STEM.  We surround students throughout the day with women in STEM fields and tell them that with hard work, “you can!”  It is important that students have the chance to meet women at the very top of their professions who are interested in girls’ success!
